Gypsies of India... The Banjara, also called Lamani are a class of usually described as nomadic people from the Indian state of Rajasthan.  Women are known to wear colorful and beautiful costumes and have mehendi tattoos on their hands. They use mirror chips and often coins to decorate it. Their ornaments are made up of silver rings, ivory bangles, coins, chain, cowry shells...that they used to use them as currency in old time India.
